The task was to restore the berth on a pile foundation to be able to receive a vessel 34 meters long.
To enable mooring of the design vessel, four dead anchors were designed along the perimeter of the berthing structure, which are metal piles on a reinforced concrete foundation, hinged in the upper superstructure. The grillage of the berthing facility is equipped with reinforced concrete crossbars in the transverse and longitudinal directions.
Also, to ensure the rigidity of the structure, support posts were provided, which are metal pipes made in two tiers. Inclined anti-ice casings are arranged on dead anchors, which should also protect the berthing facility from ice creep. Piles of a rack and basic racks are equipped with flat protective casings.
The berth is equipped with mooring bollards and protective railings.
